Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your products, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Conditions to apply for an exchange or refund:
- All returns must first be approved by our customer care team email@example.com. We will not accept unauthorized returns or any return request by social media or any other method than emails.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase approved by our customer care team. Package your returns well to ensure that your items will not be damaged in transit.
Refunds (Store Credit)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit refund.
If you are approved, then your gift card will be processed, and you will receive it via email.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
To return a product, please email our Customer Support Team at email@example.com for assistance. Bodhi will not be responsible for paying for the shipping costs of returned items.
IMPORTANT: PLEASE MAKE SURE TO ENTER YOUR COMPLETE INFORMATION ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT. IN CASE OF DELIVERY ISSUE DUE TO INCOMPLETE ADDRESS INFORMATION, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IT AND WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REFUND YOU, IF THE PACKAGE HAS BEEN SENT.
